  • test but within reason
    - don't overstress occasional seed oil meal, unless u need to go 0 tolerance for a sec during a reset
  • don't overstress grain fed over grass fed if u can't afford it, something beats nothing
  • knowing when something helps and doesn't is huge
  • trust your feeling; bloodwork isn't always needed constantly to assess. sometimes it's just how you feel
  • similarly, oura rings and tracking devices are useful but can trend towards neuroticism.
